     5.  Maintenance of the grounds, all community buildings and equipment;  also the exteriors of residential units, including painting and repairs.

     6.  Maintenance of plumbing, electrical and heating facilities for all community buildings.  Also minor repairs and adjustments to appliances, faucets and inside fixtures of residents' homes.

     7.  Operation and maintenance of all recreational facilities including a lawn bowling green, putting green, indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

     8.  Operation of common facilities including the Clubhouse, swimming pool, arts and crafts building and dining room.  (Dining is optional with meals paid on an individual basis.)

     9.  Weekday van service.

   10.  Six Guest units for rent at a nominal fee for guests of residents.
