Mr. Barnett recently represented us in the sale of our property at 56 Hacienda Carmel, Carmel, CA.  We wish to inform you of the absolutely superior service that he provided us through out this process.  During my 25 year career in the U Air Force and more than
Fifteen years working in defense aerospace, I have experienced numerous moves and have bought and sold several homes.  However, thanks to the diligent efforts of Mr. Barnett, this was by far the most efficient real estate transaction I have ever experienced.

Wylie began by conducting a detailed market evaluation supported with recent date to help us establish the listing price and obtain the listing.  He then developed a comprehensive marketing plan to obtain maximum exposure to the intended market.  He held numerous open houses on almost every weekend on both Saturday and Sunday.  This generated a great deal of interest throughout the neighborhood.  He also developed an innovative digital color photographs.  (This flyer received favorable comments from almost every prospective buyer and several of the staff members at Hacienda Carmel.)  Due to Wylie's aggressive marketing plan we received and attractive offer in spite of the very slow real estate market and had the property in escrow in minimum time.

However, Mr. Barnett's professional service did not stop once the property was in escrow.  He continued to monitor the daily progress and kept us informed each step of the way.  Because we live in Paso Robles and another investor from the Santa Cruz area was also involved, the paper work was somewhat of a challenge.  However, Mr. Barnett's diligent attention to detail ensured that everything was always done to perfection.  Also since we do not live in the local area Wylie went the Extra Mile and volunteered to handle several other logistical details for us that were clearly beyond the scope of his responsibilities.

In addition to being an outstanding real estate sales agent, Wylie is also an excellent communicator.  He possesses the unique skill to be able to adjust his technical discussions to the level needed to ensure the listener fully understands the subject matter at hand.  Wylie's dependability is another area that deserves special note.  He does exactly what he says we will do --- and he does it on time!  This is no small feat considering the hectic schedule that is typical of this profession.

Again, Suzanne and I wish to commend you and the entire staff of your organization for a very positive real estate experience.  They understand they are there to provide a service to your clients and Mr. Wylie Barnett is doing just that --- that plus a lot more!  He is a true professional and a credit to your organization!
